Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on ZHUNO subscriptions, operated by ZhuZiHE. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund for a payment already made.
