Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are between you and ZhuZiHE("ZhuZiHE", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the ZHUNO personalized news service (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
ZHUNO is an AI-assisted personalized news platform. It filters the day's news around your interests, goals and reading time, provides concise summaries and relevance explanations, and links to the original reporting. AI-generated summaries and answers may be inaccurate or incomplete; always consult the linked original sources before relying on them, and do not treat the Service as a substitute for professional advice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. Your account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have authority to bind your organization) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date, to keep your account credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of ZhuZiHE or third parties.
- Interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping the Service at scale.
- Reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits of your plan.
- Use AI features to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety measures.
You are responsible for the prompts and instructions you give the Service, for how you use its outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
5. Intellectual property
ZhuZiHE retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. Third-party articles linked by the Service remain the property of their respective publishers. If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict it; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZhuZiHE is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ZhuZiHE is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
